Evaporation & Transpiration
Evaporation:
Evaporation is the process by which a substance changes from liquid to gas.
For e.g. the steam coming out of boiling water
On Earth, Sun burns and heats the water. When the water is heated beyond its normal room temperature, the water evaporates and rises slowly.
Transpiration:
Transpiration is simply the evaporation of water through plants
For e.g. the plants lose moisture/wither on a sunny day, until its watered again
The Sun burns and heats the water in plants and in the ground. The water will evaporate the moisture in the plants and then will rise slowly.
